Support of your current IT infrastructure, this incorporates:

*  operating systems (XP,SBS,NT,Vista, Windows7)

*  applications software

*  local area network

*  communications infrastructure

*  monitoring central server(s) performance

*  security administration.

Remote & On-site Support

Guaranteed support availability

Support is available 09:00 – 17:30 Mondays to Friday excluding bank and public holidays. (Note: Support outside of these times may also be available but is not guaranteed.)

Unlimited number of support calls

There is no limit on the number of calls placed with our Support Team. 1 call per month or 20 calls per day

On-Site Support

If there is a need for us to attend on-site, a representative will be on-route within 30 minutes of agreement being reached

Application Support

1st Line support is available for your business applications (e.g. QuickBooks, Sage, Exchange, etc.)

Problem Resolution

Support & resolution of system, network and application failures or malfunctions on your current IT infrastructure, whilst undertaking normal operational duties.

  • Investigating Technical Knowledge base(s)

  • Consultation with 3rd party vendors

  • Problem re-creation & rectification

  • Implementing corrective action

  • High, medium & low severity assignment to problems.
